Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 2 avisI have made a purchase of three items that includes one coffee table; Dinning table with chairs and King sized Bedroom Suite. They send me only Dinning Table and Chairs and coffee table from which one chair found damaged same and informed to warehouse on same day. They weren’t able to deliver me my Bedroom suite on their 5 weeks delivery time. After delivery time they said our supplier doesn’t have your chosen color. I asked to refund my money for deposit of Bedroom Suite with setup and delivery fees. I have called their sales representative, manager several times but they are only able to get payment not refunding. Even I contacted store owner but still didn’t receive any refund. At the time of visiting warehouse, Manager and Owner is claiming that one table was broken by my 4 years son that I believe was broken before and may be collapsed with my son stepped on it. They didn’t charge me anything at the time of billing even if the manager knows that. After asking for refund, they start saying I need to pay for that collapsed table. I asked Manager and Owner of Warehouse that I agreed to pay for that table and requested them to send me proof of table broken (their Cctv footage) by my son and rest of refund after deducting collapsed table amount. It’s been a month now to ask for refund and I am still struggling to get my refund. I didn’t even get any Cctv Footage proof for any damage.
